When a YouTube video appears in your Facebook news feed five times in one day, is emailed to you by colleagues and is all people seem to be talking about, you know that one company has got its Christmas marketing very right.
This year, that honour goes to WestJet, a Canadian airline that granted the Christmas wishes of every single passenger on one of its flights.
The resulting video has made people smile, cry and share (many, many times) and it certainly makes me want to fly with WestJet! A huge success all round.
